Les Résistants - Epicerie, Cave, and Artisanat Culinaire opened in June 2022 in the 10th arrondissement in Paris. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel that this is a unique wine and artisan food shop. The fresh vegetables are beautiful, and the culinary products are enticing, not to mention the shelves of natural wine that more than catch your eye.
Armand Major manages the establishment, while Aaron Wendé runs the kitchen, and Eliott de Moléron and Morgan Delalande look after the cellar. They pride themselves on being able to give expert advice in all areas, from the produce to the wines. To achieve this, they employ 10 people in what is quite a modestly sized grocery shop. They strongly believe that social interaction is an integral part of creating a great customer experience.
Les Résistants already have three other establishments listed on Raisin, and we are always excited to see them continuing to contribute in exciting ways to the natural wine movement. Between the shop and their restaurants, they have nearly 30,000 bottles in their cellar, consisting of more than 1,200 references. They offer 250 of them in this new store, which is a rare find in places that offer natural wine, especially at reasonable prices. More than 150 estates are selected according to their precise charter (organic and without any inputs except sometimes a small dose of SO2).
By visiting Les Résistants - Epicerie, Cave, and Artisanat Culinaire, you are also participating in the development of peasant agriculture and know-how in the fields, in the vineyards, in the kitchen, and in culinary crafts. You are paying real people who work with their hands and their hearts, not machines or pseudo-industrialized crafts. And on top of all that, you will also be visiting an amazing place that you won’t soon forget! Find it on Raisin now.
