Caviste
Merlotov is a rosé from southern France that mixes direct-pressed Merlot with a small touch of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. The Merlot is pressed gently, giving a clean, light rosé character rather than a heavy, red-fruit style. It then spends a long time aging in a jar, which helps keep the wine fresh while adding a soft, rounded texture. The Muscat portion doesn’t dominate, but it adds a lifted, slightly floral note and extra brightness on the finish. Overall, it’s a calm, food-friendly rosé with a clear point of view—made in the same spirit as the previous bottling.
