Ook hier oude stokken. Bramen, zure kersen, en kruidig op de neus. Fijne zuren, vitaal, puur en fris. Tabak, zwarte peper, gedroogde tomaten en fijne tannines. Voor een basis wijn intens, lang, diep, complex en rijk aan aroma’s die je alleen met artisanale werkwijzen verkrijgt. Niet geklaard niet gefilterd. Goed bij: Rood vlees in vele gedaanten en gerechten vol smaak met goede structuur. Gerijpte niet te zoute kazen.
