Terre del Ving

Podere Borgaruccio is a family run biodynamic farm based in Valdera valley, in the central hills of Tuscany, at the cornerstone of the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, on the panoramic route leading to Volterra through hills frescoed with vineyards and olive groves. The farm covers an area of about 12 hectares, characterized by a wonderful biodiversity including steep tuff cliffs, woods, wetlands and dry areas, which are an ideal environment for a wide variety of wildlife including migratory birds and hawks. Here we mainly produce wine and extra virgin olive oil but Podere Borgaruccio is also a farmhouse where guests can find shelter from the busy everyday life in a family warm and welcoming environment. In this landscape full of traditions, flavors and traditional knowledge, the constant search for naturalness, environmental sustainability as well as the abolition of chemistry
