Dornach is an organic winery with an Osteria Contadina (open March to October). Award-winning Slow Food. The motto is: Farm to Table! Dornach is a family-run Demeter farm with approximately 6 hectares of vineyards, fields, a vegetable and fruit garden, a chestnut grove, and numerous farm animals. Karoline cooks seasonal South Tyrolean specialties and uses only organic products from her own farm (BioFairSüdtirol Gold certified) as well as from partner organic farmers in the region (Roter Hahn Buschenschank).
