Il Marguerite di Domaine de l’Ecu è un vino bianco intenso e minerale. Salmastro, si dispiega inizialmente su sentori di mare e di alghe, per poi virare in favore di agrumi ed erbe selvatiche. Questo vino naturale unisce aromi minerali e salini a note di agrumi. Le uve sono vendemmiate manualmente, pigiate lentamente e affinate su fecce fini senza utilizzare collaggio né filtrazione. Il vino conserva il frutto croccante e lo esprime con precisione a metà palato. Il finale è fresco e salino.Vinificazione e affinamento: Pressatura soffice, fermentazione spontanea e affinamento sulle fecce fini in tini sotterranei di cemento.
