Il Cotes du Rhone Brise Cailloux Blanc di Domaine du Coulet è un vino bianco profumatissimo, ricco e opulento. Sinuoso e di grande grassezza in bocca.Colore dorato. Il terroir molto granitico e la biodinamica ci danno un vino atipico per la regione, molto teso e minerale, con aromi molto belli di albicocca, mela cotogna, prugna.Vinificazione e affinamento: Pressatura, fermentazione spontaea in tini di acciaio inox e affinamento negli stessi contenitori per 7 mesi e in bottiglia per 5 mesi.
