Lo Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru Shaman di Marguetè è ottenuto da un blend di Pinoy Noir e Chardonnay. Le uve provengono dai vigneti allevati in regime biodinamico, situati nei comuni di Ambonnay e Bouzy. Affina per un periodo compreso tra i 3 ed i 4 anni. Uno champagne con un perlage fine e molto persistente. Al naso i profumi sono di grande eleganza e complessità, con sentori di frutta candita, note di frutta esotica e crema pasticcera.Lo “Shaman” è uno Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru che, nel bicchiere, si presenta con un colore tipicamente paglierino, leggermente tendente al dorato. La grana delle bollicine è fine, e ha una buona durata. Il ventaglio di profumi che avvolgono il naso si orchestra su note fruttate e agrumate, impreziosite da tocchi che rimandano ai lieviti. All’assaggio è di corpo medio, ampio e fasciante, con un sorso caratterizzato da una piacevole freschezza e da un’incantevole cremosità.Vinificazione: Prima fermentazione in tini di legno con lieviti indigeni, seconda fermentazione in bottiglia secondo il Metodo Champenoise, senza aggiunta di solfiti Affinamento: Almeno 24 mesi sui lieviti
