Il “Granite” è ottenuto da uve Melon de Bourgogne in purezza provenienti da un singolo cru di vigneto di circa 3 ettari, esposto a sud-ovest. “Granite” di Domaine de l’Ecu si presenta alla vista di un bel colore giallo dorato molto luminoso. Al naso compaiono intensi aromi di frutta a polpa gialla, tra cui la pesca e il melone, di agrumi, note floreali di fiori bianchi, per finire verso sentori minerali che ricordano la roccia bagnata e la pietra focaia.
