Il Sancerre Rouge Raudonas del Domaine Etienne et Sebastien Riffault è un vino rosso elegante, slanciato e vivant. Un vino sanguigno e mordente, che dalla macerazione coi raspi ricava un tannino vegetale.Raudonas è un Pinot Nero 100% proveniente da un appezzamento con terreno particolarmente concentrato in matrice calcarea, che insieme ad una struttura argillosa costituisce il substrato perfetto per la crescita di uva di altissima qualità.In bocca è vibrante con mineralità in primo piano a fornire un grip salino che rende il sorso intrigante come pochi. Vinificazione e affinamento: Fermentazione spontanea e macerazione dei grappoli interi per 10 giorni in vasche d'acciaio inox. Affinamento per 24 mesi sulle fecce fini negli stessi contenitori e per altri 12 in botti vecchie di rovere.
