Turi Catarratto è il bianco siciliano di Salvatore Marino, giovane vignaiolo che lavora in biologico e con approccio artigianale nella zona di Siracusa. Ottenuto da uve Catarratto in purezza, fermenta spontaneamente con lieviti indigeni e senza interventi invasivi, per preservare la tipicità del vitigno e del territorio. Si presenta di un giallo dorato luminoso, con profumi intensi di agrumi, erbe mediterranee e leggere note floreali. Al palato è fresco, minerale e dinamico, con una chiusura sapida e persistente. Un vino autentico, ideale da abbinare a crudi di pesce, frutti di mare, formaggi freschi e piatti della tradizione mediterranea.
