Olivia 2021 del Domaine Christophe Marin è un vino bianco francese autentico e territoriale, ottenuto da un blend di Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris e Macabeu. Espressione del sud della Francia, questo vino nasce da una produzione artigianale che valorizza freschezza e bevibilità. Al naso si apre con profumi di frutta a polpa bianca, agrumi maturi e delicate note floreali ed erbacee. Al palato è fresco e dinamico, con una piacevole tensione minerale e una struttura equilibrata che lo rende estremamente gastronomico. Il finale è sapido, pulito e persistente. Un bianco versatile, perfetto sia come aperitivo che in abbinamento alla cucina mediterranea.
