L’Harara Passito di Pantelleria di Agricola Gianflora è un vino dolce da meditazione che nasce dall’isola vulcanica di Pantelleria, patria del celebre Zibibbo (Moscato d’Alessandria). Le uve, lasciate appassire al sole e al vento caldo africano, regalano un nettare intenso e avvolgente. Al naso si apre con profumi complessi di albicocca secca, fichi, datteri, miele e scorza d’arancia candita, con accenni di spezie e fiori mediterranei. Al palato è vellutato, ricco e persistente, con un equilibrio perfetto tra dolcezza e freschezza. Ideale con dessert a base di mandorle e cioccolato, pasticceria secca, formaggi erborinati o foie gras, ma straordinario anche da solo, come vino da meditazione. Una bottiglia che racchiude tutta la magia e l’intensità di Pantelleria.
