Ottenuto esclusivamente da uve Cortese, esprime al meglio la tipicità del territorio con profumi delicati di fiori bianchi, agrumi e frutta a polpa bianca, accompagnati da una piacevole nota minerale. Al palato è fresco, armonioso e persistente, con una vivace acidità che lo rende particolarmente versatile negli abbinamenti gastronomici.
