Le Mole 2023 di Quarticello è una Malvasia Emilia IGP prodotta a Montecchio Emilia da Malvasia Aromatica di Candia. È un bianco macerato: la vinificazione prevede il contatto con le bucce, mentre l’affinamento prosegue per 12 mesi in acciaio; il vino non viene filtrato. Nel calice assume un caratteristico colore giallo ambrato e sviluppa un profilo aromatico intenso e complesso, tra frutta matura, agrumi e richiami floreali. Il sorso è secco, intenso e strutturato, con la macerazione che dona maggiore materia e carattere alla naturale aromaticità della Malvasia. È un vino bianco gastronomico, capace di accompagnare primi piatti di pesce, pesce alla griglia, torte salate, uova e formaggi. Una Malvasia emiliana dalla personalità decisa, particolarmente indicata per chi cerca bianchi macerati espressivi e non convenzionali.
