Il Cirò Bianco di Cataldo Calabretta nasce in Calabria da Greco Bianco e Malvasia, due varietà rappresentative della viticoltura regionale. I vigneti si trovano nell’area di Cirò, affacciata sul Mar Ionio e segnata da un clima luminoso e ventilato. La vinificazione mira a conservare freschezza, sapidità e riconoscibilità territoriale. Il vino si esprime con un carattere asciutto e mediterraneo, dove la maturità del frutto è equilibrata da una vena fresca e minerale. Nel calice richiama agrumi, pesca bianca, fiori, erbe aromatiche e mandorla. Il sorso è armonioso e sapido; si abbina ad antipasti, pesce, frutti di mare, risotti alle verdure, carni bianche e formaggi freschi.
