Black Hole Magnum è la versione in grande formato del vino frizzante rosso naturale di Tenuta Demaio ottenuto da Primitivo 100% coltivato in biologico a San Severo, nel cuore della Puglia. La rifermentazione in bottiglia secondo il metodo ancestrale, utilizzando mosto della stessa vendemmia, dona una bollicina fine e persistente che accompagna profumi di marasca, susina matura e rosmarino. Il sorso è fresco, sapido e scorrevole, con una piacevole nota minerale e un finale dinamico. Come tutti i Pet Nat della cantina è consigliato leggermente torbido, agitandolo delicatamente prima dell'apertura per apprezzarne tutta la complessità.
