Il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore di Antolini è un vino rosso veneto prodotto nella zona classica della Valpolicella, in provincia di Verona. Nasce dalla tradizione del Ripasso, che prevede un secondo passaggio del vino sulle vinacce dell'Amarone, contribuendo a sviluppare maggiore struttura e complessità aromatica. Il profilo richiama la frutta rossa matura, la ciliegia e le spezie, con un carattere che esprime il legame con il territorio. Al palato si presenta strutturato e avvolgente, con una componente fruttata sostenuta dalla freschezza e da una trama tannica presente. È un rosso adatto ad accompagnare piatti saporiti, come lasagne al ragù, arrosti, brasati e formaggi stagionati. Si presta anche a una degustazione durante una cena, quando si cerca un vino di buona intensità senza rinunciare alla bevibilità.
