Sette Zolle di I Carpini è una Barbera dei Colli Tortonesi DOC, prodotta a Pozzol Groppo, nell’estremo lembo orientale del Piemonte. È una delle etichette storiche della cantina e nasce da una vigna dove la Barbera è protagonista. La fermentazione è spontanea con lieviti indigeni e il vino matura in acciaio, preservando l’espressione del frutto e del territorio. Al naso emergono ciliegia e marasca, accompagnate da sfumature di confettura, spezie e richiami balsamici. Al palato è un rosso secco di buona struttura, sostenuto dalla naturale freschezza della Barbera e da una piacevole componente sapida. Il lungo passaggio in acciaio e bottiglia ne integra il frutto mantenendo un sorso vivo e territoriale. È particolarmente adatto a salumi, primi piatti con sughi di carne, legumi stufati e piatti saporiti della cucina piemontese.
