Il Clos dels Guarans Les Someres Rosso è un vino rosso giovane e vibrante proveniente dal Penedès in Catalogna, ottenuto da vigne biologiche di Monastrell, Merlot e Malvasia Blanca/Rosada allevate su terreni calcarei del Massís del Garraf, vinificato spontaneamente con lieviti autoctoni con fermentazione separata delle varietà, seguito da una macerazione di circa sette giorni in acciaio, e affinamento parziale in botti di rovere francese e castagno usate per due mesi al fine di conservare freschezza, carattere mediterraneo e acidità vibrante, offrendo profumi di frutti rossi maturi, note erbacee delicate e un finale succoso con tannini morbidi e alcol moderato, perfetto con carni alla griglia, piatti tipici spagnoli o formaggi a media stagionatura.
