Langhe Dolcetto 2022 di Demarie è un vino rosso piemontese prodotto da uve Dolcetto nelle colline del Roero. La famiglia Demarie lavora i propri vigneti nell’area di Vezza d’Alba e nei comuni circostanti. Il Dolcetto viene vinificato con fermentazione alcolica e malolattica in vasche d’acciaio e successivo affinamento in acciaio. Nel calice esprime un profilo vinoso e fragrante, con richiami alla violetta, al mandorlo in fiore e ai frutti scuri. Al palato è secco, armonico e di buon corpo, con note di marasca e mora e il caratteristico finale leggermente ammandorlato del Dolcetto. È un rosso immediato e versatile, pensato per la tavola quotidiana più che per la potenza. Si abbina bene ad antipasti piemontesi, salumi, primi piatti al ragù, carni bianche, polpette e formaggi di media stagionatura.
