Vino macerato da uve Kerner 100% coltivate a 750 m s.l.m. nella Valle Isarco (Alto Adige). Fermentazione spontanea con 3 settimane di macerazione sulle bucce in tonneau aperti, senza controllo della temperatura. Affinamento di 18 mesi in barrique usate e 6 mesi in bottiglia. Note di sambuco, miele di corbezzolo, mela renetta e susina bianca. Solo 500 bottiglie prodotte.
