La Vespolina di Filari del Rosa è un vino rosso che valorizza uno dei vitigni autoctoni più caratteristici del Piemonte. Elegante e fragrante, esprime un profilo aromatico ricco di piccoli frutti rossi, note floreali di viola e una distintiva speziatura di pepe nero, tipica della Vespolina. Al palato si presenta fresco e armonioso, con tannini delicati, una piacevole vivacità e un finale persistente che invita a un nuovo sorso. La sua versatilità lo rende ideale sia per accompagnare la cucina tradizionale piemontese sia per essere gustato in momenti di convivialità. Perfetto in abbinamento con salumi, formaggi stagionati, primi piatti ricchi, risotti ai funghi, carni rosse, arrosti e selvaggina leggera.
