Un bianco austriaco fresco, immediato e altamente bevibile, il Burgenlandweiß di Meinklang rappresenta perfettamente lo stile naturale e biodinamico della cantina. Proveniente dalla regione del Burgenland, questo vino nasce da un blend di uve autoctone come Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling e Muscat, coltivate nel rispetto dell’ambiente. Al calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi verdolini. Al naso sprigiona un bouquet aromatico fresco e invitante, con note di frutta a polpa bianca, agrumi, fiori di campo e leggere sfumature erbacee e speziate. Al palato è leggero e scorrevole, caratterizzato da una piacevole acidità e da una struttura equilibrata che lo rende estremamente versatile. Il finale è pulito, fresco e delicatamente minerale, con una beva dinamica e dissetante.
