Pours like a champagne but only slight sparkling. So good, bright and acidic. Sour beer or cider like. Perfect with a slight chill for a hot day.
Naso super territoriale, ma insolitamente speziato (erbe varie, pepe, rosmarino). 10,5° e bella acidità, beva disarmante.

If you're looking for a killer wine to start an cocktail or happy hour with a great view... this is the wine you want. A little bubble, a little sourness, fruityness but an awesome finish. This wine shouldn't make sense but it's magical!!!
