About
An approachable yet complex take on skin-fermented Grauburgunder – always fermented on the skins (7 days), with varying proportions of direct press and carbonique maceration depending on the vintage. It’s a true but slightly Orange Wine, but crafted for balance: with a fine, elegant tannin structure and juicy freshness that appeals to both natural wine nerds and orange wine newcomers. Bright grapefruit zest on the nose – tangerine peel and lemon flower in the background. Floral, silky, almost rosy. On the palate: juicy and crisp, carried by gentle grip and a refreshing citrus-bitter finish reminiscent of pink grapefruit. Always a radiant amber in the glass. Always vibrant. Always mouthwatering. Perfect for sunny days, park picnics, and long summer nights. But also bold enough to pair with grilled or smoked dishes – its subtle, meaty undertones hold their ground beautifully.
