Gallifet is a summer garden restaurant and contemporary art centre in Aix-en-Provence. « Potager to plate » cooking from a different chef each summer and natural, local wines. Lisa Desforges and Bruno Hammerle (chefs) and Marine Dogliano (sommelier) are in residence for summer 2026.
