Almost the entire vineyard is within the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. We strive to preserve the authenticity of the place, its culture, its vines… The grape varieties are Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Calladoc, Cinsault, Marselan, Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Ugni Blanc. We took over the estate in August 2004. To protect the environment and the vineyard, we have eliminated all chemical inputs, and all the land is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods.
In the cellar, we intervene as little as possible in order to respect the typicity of the terroir. Vinification with indigenous yeasts, low doses of SO2, no fining or filtration.
