FruitĂ© sur le Cassis et la framboise, assez long et satisfaisant, un nez un poil trop Ă©picĂ© au delĂ du fruit rouge, paraĂźt plus que 11,8% mais Ă laisser estomper en ouvrant bien avant de le boire. Premier Fer Servadou que jâessaie. Bien !!! Strong on red fruit, very nice and can even sustain a slightly spicy dish, which is rare. To open 1h30 before drinking as it is young and heavier on alcool than it seems. Rare species « fer servadou »
