Irony, a little bit of sparkle, bloody and absolutely delicious
Metal, iron, blood, cocoa powder, hint of dark choc moxed with berries, acidity soft in the end, slightly fizzy, smal fine bubbles (close to an Italian vivace/mosso), light, clean.
