At the end of 2018, we expanded with 2.5 hectares of old vines, including an almost century-old Carignan. In the vineyard and in the cellar, we strive for balance. The entire vineyard (7.5 hectares) is managed using organic and biodynamic farming methods. We do everything we can to preserve soil life and promote biodiversity. To this end, we carry out most tasks by hand to limit tractor passes, which compact the soil. We allow natural ground cover and maintain our hedgerows, which provide shelter for beneficial flora and fauna. In the cellar, we intervene as little as possible to achieve the true expression of the terroir. We make every effort to respect the grapes and treat them gently: hand-harvesting, gravity-fed delivery of the harvest, and no added products except for a light sulfiting at bottling. And other exciting projects are teeming in our heads: planting a plot of white grapes by interplanting several native grape varieties, or planting fruit and forest trees on a plot located in the middle of our vineyards which will be a true oasis of biodiversity.
