Domaine Clé de Sol

DOMAINE CLÉ DE SOL is a micro wine-growing estate of 3.5 hectares, located in Ribeauvillé, in the Haut-Rhin department, in Alsace. The estate was created in 2013 on a vineyard operated by the family for 4 generations. We produce natural biodynamic wines, which are a faithful reflection of the terroirs that gave birth to them. The wines come from traditional grape varieties (Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot gris, Pinot noir, Sylvaner, Pinot blanc) or for some in assembly. The wines are vinified either in white (direct pressing of white grapes), or in orange wines (maceration of white grapes), or in red (maceration of black grapes) AN ASSUMED ECOLOGICAL COMMITMENT. DOMAINE CLÉ DE SOL is committed to respecting the environment: maintaining biodiversity, taking care of the soil, reducing treatment, etc. We comply with the specifications for Organic Agriculture and Demeter (biodynamic agriculture). This continues in the cellar with fully manual harvest and pressing, minimally interventionist vinification and minimal or even zero doses of sulphites (compliance with the Vin Method Nature charter).
