A regoûter bientot mais déjà une première impression de vin non filtré fruité,léger avec un léger goût de souris qui me rappelle le kombucha une boisson fermentée qui procure des pro biotiques, très vivant !
Très agréable, juste perlant. 14 degré quand même, ça chauffe les oreilles! Je conseille!
About
Amber in colour almost closer to cloudy lemon, hazy in the glass. Strong hazelnut and warm pear on the nose with funky tropical notes. Almost similar to mouldy citrus skin. Very acidic but balanced by the sweetness of the wine. A little sweet on the tongue sweet. Very easy to drink even while being 13.5%
