**Domaine De Mena – Clandestine Blanc 2025** Vin de France (Paziols, Aude). Domaine mené par Sébastien Agelet, vigneron installé à Paziols dans l'Aude, à 15 km de la mer entre Leucate et Perpignan, dont les vignes sont cultivées en agriculture biologique et les vins vinifiés sans aucun intrant, sinon une dose minime de soufre à la mise en bouteille. Cépage Macabeu (Viura), vinifié dans une recherche de fraîcheur et de finesse pour laisser transparaître le terroir. **Dégustation :** robe orangée, nez explosif et hyper aromatique ; bouche sèche, sur un jus affirmé et sérieux, avec une touche exotique et des notes de fruits jaunes. Un vin nature vivant et gourmand.
