Strohmeier is one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in Austria. He is known for his dedicated work in the vineyard, which is mostly based on observing nature and encouraging its biodiversity. Schilcher frizzante is an expressive and wild 'fizz' rich in red orange and rhubarb. It is made from Styria's autochthonous variety, blauer wildbacher, from which schilcher - sparkling rose - has been made since ancient times. Strohmeierov perfectly quenches thirst and alertness, it is quickly drunk.
