Legendary wine, legendary wineries from Oslavje - a part of the Friuli region known for white wines with longer macerations. Saša Radikon took over the management of the family winery after the death of his father, Stanko, who was a pioneer, together with Josko Gravner, in presenting and promoting this style of wine to the world. Sivi is macerated for 10-14 days and aged in used wooden barrels for one year. It has an intense and expressive character, with pronounced acids and an existing structure. On the palate, expect orange jam, ripe apricots, earthy aromas and notes of black tea.
