Aug 2023Zeer mooi aanbod aan italiaanse (en andere) natuurwijnen. Hartelijk ontvangst en (h)eerlijke gerechten. We hadden een lunch met 4 gerechten, kregen eerst een glaasje schuimwijn aangeboden (en ook water werd aangeboden - super!) , met daarbij enkele sneetjes coppa. Daarna volgde tonijn mer tapenade van venkel en gemarineerde venkel, als volgt messchelpen met tomaatjes en kruiden, pappardelle al ragù met romeinse sla, en als dessert panna cotta. We dronken een procanico/trebbiano van Cantina Ortaccio. Zeer lekker wijntje met lange maceratie, en dus met lengte en volle afdronk. Frasca is zeker en vast een aanrader!

Nov 2021Una piacevole scoperta !!! Cucina ricercata di ottimo Livello ,Staff attento e accogliente. Un’ampia selezione di vini naturali accompagna i gustosi prodotti della Tuscia accuratamente selezionati, non vi resta che entrare ……..!!!!! Super consigliato !!!!!
Oct 2021Mes pici au ragu bianco étaient juste succulentes, servies sur le marbre blanc du comptoir! Après Maccheroni, après l'Altro Maccheroni, à Liège, Eric Lecuyer se lance dans l'expérience de l'osteria-enoteca, à Ixelles. Pâtes fraîches, vins nature de la Tuscia, et une épicerie fine épatante (où je peux enfin me ravitailler en pâtes artisanales de chez Mancini!). Tout est au top!
