Natural Wine
Un vin naturel à base de 100% de Dolcetto cultivé à Sant' Anna et San Martino, près de Monforte d'Alba, dans les Langhe, la contrée du Nebbiolo. Il est léger, frais, fruité et floral. Il tire son nom du cépage: "Dosset" signifie "Dolcetto" en patois piémontais. Une belle découverte proposée par Karima, chez Frasca.
