Aug 2023Enoteca Solaria est possiblement le meilleur endroit pour boire du vin nature et du vin nature sicilien dans toute la Sicile. Le choix est varié et ne déçoit pas. Les bouchées proposées sur le menu sont efficaces et ouvrent l’appétit pour la suite. Les vins? Sublimes. Gianfilipo et Elisa sont adorables et connaissent leurs produits. C’est obligatoire d’y aller. Longue vie à vous deux!
Jul 2023Incredible selection of natural wines! A lot of Sicilian and Italian wines to discover and many fancy names from all over the world that you’ll recognize easily. The most difficult thing will be to choose! That’s why you should let the owner guide you and try the local winemakers he’ll recommend. Many options by the glass as well and nice food and bruschettas to eat. A must try in Ortigia!

Aug 2022LE bar nature de Syracuse...on aime tellement qu'on n'est plus objectif :-) Bien entendu sélection très large dans le nature sicilien, notamment des trucs pas très diffusés ailleurs (Aldo Viola, Cantina Malandrino, Calogero Caruana, Guccione, Tanca Nica...) mais aussi de toute l'Italie. En cas de panique, le franchouillard nostalgique pourra également boire son Robinot et son Ganevat - et le belge sa Drie Fonteinen! On vient également pour les somptueux t-shirts hardrock 90's de Gianfi'
