Callet, Escursac and Mantonegro from 25-year-old vines at 92 meters above sea level planted in Can Vermell soils (calcareous clay rich in iron). They macerate and ferment with stainless steel skins and with a brief aging. Red and white fruit, citrus, quince, crunchy, light, refreshing, direct, fun, mineral, vertical and pleasant.
