Sep 2023Superbe cadre au pied de l’oratoire de San Tiburzio. D’abord le vin rouge du piemont : cherubino (pomodolce). Jolies notes de fruits noirs et de violette. Cépages: 10% croatina et 90% barbera Ensuite les plats: une planche de charcuteries parmigiane, suivis de deux « primi »: calamarata et la spécialité de la maison gli « anolini ». Un délice à chaque bouchée. Toutes les saveurs s’équilibrent parfaitement, jusqu’aux desserts. Un mardi soir, la terrasse était comble. Réserver est probablement une bonne idée.

Apr 2023Bel locale in centro storico vicino a Palazzo della Pilotta. Ottima carta dei vini con più di qualche chicca naturale e menù di piatti tipici e ricercati. Materia prima ottima preparata con sapienza. Servizio attento e simpatico. Prezzi corretti e comunque adeguati alla qualità.
Sep 2021Sur le parvis d’une église un peu à l’écart de la rue principale, voilà un établissement qui propose une cuisine de qualité, des plats travaillés et originaux dans un esprit bistronomique. L’équipe est très sympathique et souriante, le vin est bien sûr l’un des intérêts de la maison et la sélection est pointue! On a trouvé les bulles de Pissa en Cinque Terre et on ne s’est pas privé. On s’est régalé, on a bien échangé, on reviendra!
