The winery cultivates 11 hectares in an ecologically responsible manner. In the cellar, the wines ferment spontaneously in barrels and open vats without any intervention. Returning back to the ancient methods of wine production, they macerate the wine on the skins, and bottle with sediment without the use of sulphur. Long maturation on the sediment guarantees the strong terroir character, without changing the genetic code of the wines. Loyalty to traditions, to nature, and to Strekov´s terroir- those are the values Zsolt has built the winery on.
