Our wines reflect the terroir from which they come. All our vintages are vinified naturally, without any brutal intervention and without any input (with the exception of micro-doses of sulfur). Throughout the year, we make sure to accompany the vine with kindness, do not rush it, listen to it, respect its rhythm and that of the lunar calendar.
Without prejudice, there is no rule, we adapt our techniques for each plot, with as a draft, our control plots which do not receive any intervention, observation is our only guide. We cultivate doubt, uncertainty and constant questioning as a tool to achieve the best in life. our eyes.
