Very versatile wine. Perfect with both starter and main course: tuna, tomato pasta followed by deer ragù. Delicious!
Vin très fruité, avec de fortes notes d’épices. Super gourmand, à boire sans tarder !
Slightly reduced at first, opened on complex red berries. Long final. Liked very much this difficult vintage. Welldone.
Trousseau - pinot noir du Jura - Légèrement piquant à l'ouverture qui disparaît ensuite (non traité, non filtré, vendange manuelle, en conversion bio) - très frais et fruité, un régal aussi bien sur poisson que viande.
A very flavorful wine without being overpowering. A definite repeat!
Ce trousseau est dans la continuité du Poulsard du même viticulteur que nous avons dégusté il y a peu de temps: fruité, un brin perlant, très bien fait, goulayant. On note à peine plus de puissance que le Poulsard. Valentin Morel est vraiment notre dernier coup de coeur jurassien ! A boire le jour même une fois la bouteille ouverte.
