Alors cette bouteille me reste un peu en travers de la gorge. Oui évidemment c'est bon, impressionnant de fraîcheur pour l'endroit (11° !!). Mais j'y ai mis 40€🤯🤯🤯 Non décidément vaut mieux aller en Bourgogne quitte à se faire braquer 😁

As you can see it came empty. Pretty disappointed in how quickly I threw it down.
Developed, little bit wild nose Ripe cherry, raspberry, briar, black pepper, sweet spices, iron, leather and animalistic notes Dry, balanced palate, moderate tannins, light body and medium acidity The vineyards for Matassa Rouge are located on terraces consisting of marl. The vines are very old and in the countryside Carignan, Grey Carignan and White Carignan are found mixed together. They are cultivated organically and biodynamically and their yield is very low, about 15 hectolitres per hectare. They are harvested manually so that the grapes are selected in the field and arrive intact in the winery and without breaking berries. Matassa Rouge ferments and undergoes a very short maceration with the skins for only 4 to 8 days. It ferments with native yeasts, and once fermented the wine is aged for 16 to 20 months in 500 litredemi-muids - large barrels. It is bottled without filtering or clarifying.
Floral, mouth-filling and lively with minerally dark fruit notes. Spicy and slightly smoky
Uno dei miei vini preferiti, esplosione di sapori in bocca, spezie, frutti neri, cuoio con una nota acida elegante. Appena finisce ne vuoi ancora!
Comme tous les Matassa goûtés jusqu’ici, du plaisir, du fruit, pas trop d’alcool. Encore une valeur sûre
