Un nouveau venu dans ce domaine. Les vignes sont en phase d’adaptation. Le nez est très florale, avec de belles notes de pêche, une bouche suave et gourmande. Toutefois, la longueur en bouche reste relativement courte. Il n’empêche qu’il est parfait dans sa catégorie, « vin de copain » en attendant que les vignes s’adaptent à ce nouveau mode de culture.
Okay - the thing is that this wine should not be here: it’s name is indicating that the grapes come from a wine yard which is not ready certified as “Demeter” as it was not long enough run in a biodynamic way.. So that’s the one side and the other: this is a very simple and straightforward wine. Nothing fancy.
