We are two lovers of vines and wine and it is our common passion that brought us to this place. à pursue our dream: the creation of our wine estate. The history of our estate begins in our native region, on the wine-growing foothills of the sub-Vosges hills. The desire to create our domain is born there slowly, we dare to do so. barely imagine it. But the desire for independence pushes us to become independent. look elsewhere and a region falls on us like evidence; its legendary Angevin sweetness and its wines from great terroirs have been delighting our taste buds for a long time. We then found our little corner of happiness in November 2019, with 2020 in perspective of our first vintage...

We are lucky to have within our vineyard a mosaic of terroirs which allows us to vinify in plots, reflecting this magnificent diversity. Our vines spread around the small town of Etiau, on 4.85ha planted with Chenin, Grolleau Gris and Grolleau Noir, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This diversity This variety of grape varieties and terroirs allows us to produce numerous vintages with strong personalities. We see our vines as a garden where; nature flourishes to give the best of itself. This is why we practice light plowing, roll up our vines instead of cutting them and spray them with plant decoctions and biodynamic preparations. We carry out late pruning in Guyot or in Gobelet flat (depending on the grape varieties), applying the principles of Poussard pruning. Our plans are to plant hedges around our plots and install various nest boxes for the auxiliaries. We also want to bring back more biodiversity. within our vineyards, by planting different species of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers. Because wine is, above all, grapes!

It is with the aim of not distorting the very essence of our wine that we have chosen to vinify with very little, or even no, input. Our work in the cellar is entirely dependent on our raw material: the grapes. Each vintage is different and we respect it. In each stage of their development, we seek to improve preserve the identity of clean to each vintage. From harvest to production the bottle is the tasting, thinking of each vintage as an entity. well-defined, that we decide on our winemaking choices. A new adventure every vintage!
