Sébastien has been working part of the vineyards on the family estate, Les Quarterons, in Sancerre, since 2004. Old vines plowed on horseback and harvested at full maturity, with some in botrytis.
On barely 4 hectares, he cultivates the vines as he wishes, in the most natural way possible.
Vinification without inputs. Several slopes with very different soils. He chooses a long aging process and offers several Sauvignon cuvées from different plots, as well as a Pinot Noir. Lithuanian names, the mother tongue of his companion.
