Nez de poire, en bouche on la retrouve accompagnée de pomme ( fraîche, pas la pomme "cidrée" comme cela peut arriver...) la bulle est fine, la bouche fraîche et pleine. Après aération, on retrouve la typicité du chenin. C'est très bon!
Pétillant de Chenin et Chardonnay qui n’a pas a rougir face à des champagnes bien plus onéreux !
