Pur Cinsault sur la fraîcheur et les fruits rouges, un peu d’épice. Vraiment bien fait 👍
13,5° sous le soleil. Ça parait peu pour se baigner, mais c’est bien suffisant pour un Cinsault. Fruits épicés, cassis, garrigue... ça sent la carbonique à l’ouverture, un millimètre de gaz, 100% plaisir. C’est frais, c’est Sébastien Agelet. (A gelé => fraîcheur => ok) Ne pas hésiter à l’ouvrir un peu avant pour que le fruit s’exprime. Accompagne aisément un repas épicé, un tajine, un dessert au chocolat...
